Privacy notice
What this website collects, and what we do with it.

Krayton Solutions OPC ("Krayton", "we") is a one person corporation registered in the Philippines, with its office at 2nd Floor, 8 St. Michael, Paradise Village, Brgy. Sangandaan, Quezon City 1116. This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, company or channel if you give it, what you need, your message and a budget band. We collect only what you type.
- Through the website itself: nothing. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we add visitor statistics later, we will use a cookie-free service and update this notice.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver the work and invoice it. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent them.
Who sees it
- Krayton's President and Media Lead.
- The form service that delivers your message to our inbox (Web3Forms) and our e-mail provider (Google). They process the data on our behalf under their own privacy policies, and both store it on servers outside the Philippines.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law on business and tax records requires, which in the Philippines is at least 10 years from the last transaction.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy in a usable format, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@krayton.ph with "Privacy" in the subject. We answer within 15 working days. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
